Not only did they go above and beyond by returning my forgotten earpods promptly, but they also provided ironing facilities in the room which made preparing for my meetings a breeze. the tea and coffee facilities were a nice touch and the sitting area with a dining table was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. the free toiletries were high quality and the washing machine in the room was incredibly convenient. I was also impressed by the fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils, and an electric kettle. the flat-screen TV and carpeted floor added a touch of luxury to my stay. the central location was ideal for exploring the city and the nearby restaurants and cafes were top-notch. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough for exceeding all my expectations and providing such a fantastic experience.
